Wolf Among Us: Novice Librarian achievement glitched

So I played episode 1 of the wolf among us, and unlocked all the achievements, however, the last achievement I unlocked which was Novice Librarian unlocked, but did not save and record the gamer score to my profile. I have heard of this problem before,
and decided to delete and redownload my xbox live profile to my xbox, but could not figure out how to solve the issue after trying this. When i look at the achievements section off of hitting the xbox button i see that 6/7 of the achievements are unlocked,
but when i go into the Wolf among us, all are unlocked there. This still holds true on xbox.com in my account information, which says also I unlocked the achievement, but at the same time it says I haven't completed all the achievement for the episode, which
I have.... I am lost here. If anyone has any idea how to resolve this glitch, it would be appreciated.

Telltale Games tweeted a few days ago that it would released on the 9th for the 360. So it won't be released until tomorrow.

It hasn't been released yet, I'm not sure why support would tell you that either. Telltale just announced that it is coming out soon a couple of days ago, but they haven't given a release date yet.

 

Hi Kilo, Try clearing the console's cache by going to settings, system, storage, highlight hdd, press y button, select clear cache then restart your console. Hopefully this will work for you.

 

So I cleared the cache, and unfortunately still the same problem, where the achievement is unlocked but is not counting towards the overall games progress and score. Would deleting my save and replaying maybe fix?

 

Sorry to hear that it didn't work. You could do that if you don't mind going through it again. You could also try deleting just the game and not the saves and then re-installing it. See if that works.
