    Wolf Among Us Episode 2, purchased by mistake through game menu. Need help.


    Hello,

    I've got the following problem. I saw, that the new episode was available so I decided to visit game menu and download the episode. The large picture informed me that I've already have a season pass so everything should be fine. Unfortunately after downloading
    the content my wallet money was reduced...

    I'd like to find a way how to get my money back. I do not like to pay twice for the same thing. I am not sure if there is any call center or support center in Poland. I'd prefer to deal with this matter via email, cause long different countries telephone
    calls might cost me more then the refund.

    I'd appreciate any help and solution in my case.

    Wolf Among Us Episode 2 - still costs money after applying redeem code

    I have the Wolf Among Us Season Pass; and was sent a system message with a redeem code for episode 2

    I used the code by going to account.xbox.com then "Redeem Code" from the "XBox Live Gold" menu.

    The code was accepted; I got a confirmation message like "You now own Wolf Among Us - Episode 2".

    But on the 360, when I try to download Episode 2 it prompts me to pay for it. If I visit Episode 2's page at XBox.com; it also shows the purchase price instead of a download option.

    I tried the redeem code again; and it states it was already used.

    What gives? :\

    I purchased wolf among us season pass. I have had issues with both episode two and three. What gives?

    Support no longer has en email address. You would need to contact support directly to see if there is anything they can do to refund the money, however all items in the marketplace do state that there are no refunds.
