Thanks but I seem to have sorted it, logging out of the Xbox, restart then signing back in did the trick.

the main support team are monitoring the forums so will sort out your forum access once they see your message.

Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

Once you have access you can post there about any problems you are having and the preview team can give you tech support.
