Wo Long on PC Game Pass co-op network error 0x80401005

I've already spent hours trying to fix this and read everything on Google with this error code. My brother and I bought game pass just to play this game together and the co-op feature does not even work. When either of us tries to start co-op, this error pops up about the network. I've went into the settings to see Teredo, clicked Fix This in the PC settings, got it to show Moderate. Still the same error code.

Anyways, the only way I can even get the game to go into the co-op lobby at all, is to connect to a VPN. My brother also has to connect to the VPN to be able to join me. While playing this way, I see enemies glitching/teleporting around if they have fast movements, I guess the connected latency cannot keep up or something. This is not ideal for a game like this with this combat.

Has anyone figured out a different way to fix this error code so the actual internet connection can be used and not routed through a VPN?

Oh, I see. This means the issue is on your connection's advance settings. You'll be needing to reach your ISP and let them open these ports:

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

I have not touched router settings or ports since everything works great for every other game/program except Wo Long on game pass.

I just tried to repair and PowerShell uninstalled both the Gaming Services and the Xbox app, then reinstalled the Xbox app. Didn't fix anything.
