    WLAN does not work anymore


    Hi there,

    today I started my XBOX One S and want to connect to my FRITZBox! 7360 but I'm getting the error "can't connect..." - I already reseted the router and the xbox but still the same problem - all other devices are connected without any problems.

    My first idea was, that maybe the wlan module of the xbox is defect - but the connection to my smartphone hotspot is working fine - it seems like the Xbox One S has some problems with my FRITZBOX! 7360 now... any ideas?

    My friends cant join me with xbox live (mcpe)

    My friends cant join me with Xbox Live in mcpe. In other wlan they can join me, but accept my wlan is not workin. Does I have to open any ports in my wlan Box? Thank you for Support.

    Hey hassi2k7,

    Have you tried to clear the DHCP Client List of your router? Maybe it got stuck or something. Or you assigned a IP for your Console and may Need to set the Console to that.

    Besides that Powercycling Console and Router is always a Thing that can work out. Info here:

    Hi there! Is your console currently connecting to LIVE? Please try the connection test in the Guide Menu and let us know the results!
