Włamanie na konto [Account intrusion]

Witam,

Ktoś włamał mi się na konto 6 dni temu.

Nie mogę zresetować hasła ani w żaden inny sposób odzyskać konta z form proponowanych przez support Microsoft

gdyż za każdym razem próbując to zrobić wyświetla mi się komunikat iż to konto nie istnieje.

Do konta była przypisana karta płatnicza z której ukradziono 270PLN, ponadto z kontem Xbox było połączone konto EA

do którego mam dostęp ale nie mogę się na nie zalogować na konsoli Xbox, na koncie były również gry zakupione w Microsoft store

do których też nie mam dostępu. Dopiero po 4 dniach Microsoft Customer Support
raczył odpisać proponując mi odzyskanie konta w takiej samej formie jak na stronie, mimo wyraźnego zaznaczenia że do nie mam możliwości wykonania tego procesu.

Posiadam wszelkie dane do skradzionego konta oraz potwierdzenia zakupu w Microsoft Store.

Proszę o pomoc w tej sprawie.
