    You need to disable the auto renew of the subscription or you'll need the twice of the cost of the subscription cause you need to be able to buy the second subscription (the auto renewed one)

    Auto Renewal Problem

    I just got off the phone with xbox support saying why did you bill me. I disabled the auto-renewal from a prompt on the xbox. However, when I told xbox support that I disabled the auto-renew via the Xbox, they basically said I wasn't tell the truth and
    you can't disable auto-renewal on the xbox. Well I don't know what it's suppose to do but the prompt which automatically apppeared, implied to me I was confirming if I wanted auto-renewal or not. I feel that they way MS is handling the auto-renewals is shady.
    Oh, and to boot they wouldn't refund the money even though I called the same day I received an email saying they are billing me. It's not just about the money it's about the priciple that pisses me off.
