    I think there are a bunch of people with two xboxes that would be more willing to buy the X if we could share between three consoles.

    Witcher 3 Disc doesn’t work on Xbox One X

    A support agent suggested that I make a post about this issue in particular. I’m not sure that it’s very common, but I’ve been having issues with it ever since I started using Xbox One X.

    My Witcher 3 disc just doesn’t work properly with my One X, but it works every time I launch it on my old Xbox One. There’s a small off-chance that the game will work on the One X, but it requires multiple restarts just for a chance of it working. I have
    never had any issues with games not launching on my One X either, and the disc is in good condition.

    I really have no idea of why this would happen, it’s almost as if my copy is incompatible with Xbox One X. I’m very hesitant to buy the game again digitally since I already purchased the disc upon release only for it to now work on my new console.

    Okay so I preordered the Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition and have a few questions. For starters, when will this arrive? I ordered directly from the Microsoft website and I know it releases the 7th of November, but when will it arrive?

    Another concern of mine is the "Xbox One X Enhanced" portion. There's over 130 games on this list with proclaimed updates for the X1X but none have a release date. Will all of these enhanced games have automatic updates or will they have individual release
    dates? If that is the case, is there a place for me to check the release dates of these updates? Any help would be very appreciated.

    Right there with you buddy. They can't honestly expect me to buy multiple Gold memberships for one household either. Especially, when they did away with the Family Gold plan in exchange for the Gold sharing. I mean, I already have
    $2000 worth of xboxes in my house. (still have both of my old 360s and my original xboxes along with 2 Xb ones) I have 2 kids and we all like to play games together, I would LOVE to buy an X and have all 3 of us playing together at the same time. But there's
    NO WAY I will be buying another gold subscription and 2 copies of EVERY game we already have and will buy, not to mention the DLC's.. We all live under the same roof for heavens sake.

    No further backward-compatible releases are planned as the team prepares for the launch of Xbox Series X. Reportedly, the Series X will be fully backward compatible with any release on the previous consoles, so there is a chance that it may well be playable.

    As the game is releasing near the release date of the new xbox series x I suspect that there with will be a special edition release console for it, the chances are pretty high.

    Hi Shrikant.

    Thank you for sharing your thoughts. As MS is coming up on the release of the Series X, i highly doubt that we will see any more hardwire revisions of the Xbox One. The performance on the software side is constantly being optimized and worked on still though.

    This is a tough one. Game sharing only works with two Xboxes. The only solution is to add Xbox Live Gold/Game Pass to another account that would be using the third Xbox most. But that won't have any shared games. I have this setup at my place and I still
    haven't figured how to get it to work well yet.

    I am hoping Microsoft comes out with a Family Game Pass Ultimate that allows up to 4 Xboxes and 4 Accounts to share Xbox Live, games and Game Pass.

    Maybe when the new Xbox Series X releases it will happen.
