Hello, sorry my poor English. I have gold membership to 11/08. I wanted to download the Motocross Madness but server not good. I paid for membership because I need the games. What will happen, when the membership expiration, but I can not download? Thanks.

I wanted to dowload from my PC, but the microsoft"s server is not good. I spoke with the customer service. They told us, few day need until such time as will good servers. If my membership expiration and until I can't download the games, how can I get back
my money?

 

You would have to try contacting support if that were the case, but there usually are no refunds on subscriptions.
