With Headset game audio gone

You can take a look at the Turtle Beach website to troubleshoot issues with your headset and I would recommend also read over the
troubleshooting guide for headsets (as already recommended).

You can also check what you Chat Mixer is set at by going to System > Settings > Display and Sound > Volume > Chat Mixer and make sure the percentage isn't set high (80%) and that the mute all other sounds isn't checked. What model of Turtle
Beach are you using?

Go to settings go to audio and video click audio and see if you can fix it over there that never happens to me what I do if this happens to me is restart the Xbox because I have a wireless headset and my Xbox does not like my headset sometimes

I can understand how that could be confusing. I would say that if you haven't then it might be best to try out the steps outlined in Xbox One Chat
Headset troubleshooting.

Another helpful troubleshooting step would be to try a soft reset of the console. It's a reset of your console to factory defaults without uninstalling any of your games/apps following the instructions on How
to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One and choosing the option denoted Reset and keep my games & apps.

Before you do so though, it's best to make sure that you have a good network connection and that you know all the sign-in info for any important gamertags on that console (as they will need to be redownloaded to the Xbox).
