Witcher 3 Xbox One gameplay

Nice Brand. I missed a few other cheevos so ill do a complete playthough on G+.

 

Hey, I've finished the PS4 version and this is a game I'll play again on XB1 after GTA 5 and maybe Unity. I have a question for you guys, on the ps4 there was allot of free dlc for this game, I can only assume the same applies for the XB1? Why ask? Download
and update times

 

RedEye Expr3ss, yes there is a ton of free DLC. It's the same as the PS4.

 

I want to add that I did make a new save and started a new game + because I wanted to redo the Heart of the Woods quest. I put it on easy and rushed to Skellige as quickly as possible. The game is still so awesome. I was choosing different options on the
way and the outcomes were si different than what I originally did. I really would be like 2 different games if I played through it again.

No other game even comes close to altering the outcome based on your choices quite like this game.

 

I'm currently waiting for 'em to patch the 'Skelliges most wanted' quest (last contract left) before wrapping up the main story (right at the end). Not heard any info for a while so I may just crack on regardless before the expansion drops

 

To be honest mate that quest doesn't add anything much to the overall mix once completed.

 

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, what with it being DLC, i'm guessing it won't change the ending in any way

 

No, no effect whatsoever, bit of dialogue that references earlier game choices which affects how it plays out but nothing major. Apart from the special cheevo that unlocks at the end of the game obviously!

 

NEUROTIC HOG, what is the glitch? That quest doesn't change anything. I'd wrap it up if I were you.

In regards to the Hearts of Stone DLC it should be awesome. It's interesting to note that it will not be a continuation, but a separate story altogether. I love this bit.

When developer CD Projekt Red released "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" this year, the company also assured fans that the new title will come with expanded content via both free and paid DLCs. Now that the free expansion packs have already made their way into
the game, the developer is now preparing for the first of the two paid DLCs to make its way as expanded "The Witcher 3" content.

The first one, dubbed as the "Hearts of Stone" expansion, will be released on Oct. 13. For the story, it will see "The Witcher" series' main protagonist Geralt going head-to-head with an immortal Man of Glass. Although he couldn't give out specific details,
game director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz shared a few tidbits with game industry observer

Said Tomaszkiewicz, "There's not much I can tell you at this point without spoiling the plot too much. 'Hearts of Stone' is definitely on par with what 'Wild Hunt' established in terms of the depth of characters and story."

The game director also confirmed the rumors that the next expansion for the title will not be a continuation of "Wild Hunt" but rather a new story for "The Witcher 3" fans.

He stressed, "The story told in 'Hearts of Stone' is pretty much standalone from the events that took place in Wild Hunt, so even players who have not finished the game can play."

"Hearts of Stone" is expected to give an expanded view of "The Witcher 3" world, with expanded content rumored to add a conservative estimate of 10 hours' worth of game time. In addition to the main "Hearts of Stone" story, the DLC is also expected to add
new side quests, missions, and monster hunts.

"Hearts of Stone" will be available for $9.99 as a standalone purchase, and will be free for those who already have a "The Witcher 3" $19.99 expansion pass.
