Mine were always getting damaged. Especially against armoured enemies.

Spent another 2 hours exploring Kaer Morhen though : (

 

Kaer Morhen is awesome my favourite map its like the Sound of Music with pointy bits....

Oh, I think I forgot to say how much I loved Uma! I actually thought he was cute, haha umaumaumama *spins in cirlcles*, haha.

I personally didn't use any repair kits through out the game, but I was always loaded with loot so did constant runs around the blacksmiths so repaired my stuff frequently.

I actually don't mind that they will reset the gwent cards on new game+, gives me an excuse to play everyone again, haha.

 

I didn't know what this game + was, so I looked it up. Here's some info on it:

Enemies will be stronger obviously.

What carries over? Player experience (if you're below level 30 when finishing the vanilla game, you will be bumped to level 30 for the start of NG+), items (excluding: quest items, books & letters, Gwent cards, usable items, trophies) and alchemy recipes.

When starting New Game Plus you can select any difficulty level.

You can obtain the Death Match achievement when playing the NG+ mode.

What's the starting level of the character when beginning NG+? The same that you had when finishing the game, if above 30, otherwise you start at 30. You also get a free Clearing Potion at the start so you can reset your skills and try a different build.

New Game Plus is The Witcher 3's sixteenth free piece of DLC. Others have included things like alternate costumes and hairstyles for Geralt and Yennefer, along with new finishing moves and horse armor. A release date for New Game Plus has not been announced,
but it won't be this week.

 

Ok, I for one will NOT be going through a second play through with this game + thing. Not because I didn't LOVE the game, but it's just toooooooo big. I can barely find the time for one time through. But it sounds like it will be great.

 

No way. Just waiting on a few others 2 finish them we can talk about our endings. Don't forget the 2 expansions. Ill be buying and playing those for sure and I'll use this thread to discuss that also.

 

Well I'm nearly done. Just two side missions and the last piece of the main quest and I'm done. WOW...the last couple nights of gaming have yielded some interesting developments.

 

Time and space was one of my favourite parts towards the end of the game.

 

Yes that came as a bit of a Surprise for me to! Great quest!

So patch 1.08 fixed the bug at the bandit camp when the leader wouldn't drop a key. I thought I would have to do a new playthrough to get all of the Gwent cards. I didn't want to because it took so long to get them. I went to the camp now and the bandits
were dead but the cage opened up anyway. Got the card collector achievement.

Now I'm 1000/1000. I can't wait for the first expansion. Also, I'm very happy about my ending. It was almost perfect.
