Witcher 3 randomly appeared installed on my hard drive. DLC included. Fully playable. I never ...

I never bought the game either physically or digitally.

as I was playing yesterday I got a notification saying. "The Witcher 3 is ready to start"

i checked my games and Apps. There it was. Fully installed.

I opened it. It played fine. It showed i had the DLC also.

I contacted Xbox Support. They said it was a glitch. And had something to do with the preview program (which I am a part of)

however I don't have access to the preview forums for some reason??

so i was hoping to gain access to those to tell them about this "issue"

Season pass, GONE!

I recently bought dbz xenoverse for my Xbox one with its season pass. I remember redeeming for my pass the day I bought the game but since no dlc was released at the time it never appeared on my hard drive. Now that dlc has been released I can't access any
of it, I can find the season pass on my hard drive and the store asks for another unused code if I type it in again. Any thoughts or solutions on getting my season pass?

DLC issue, unable to access DLC on the account that bought it.

I bought the Danny Way's Hawaiian Dream DLC for EA Skate 3 for 560 ms points and it won't appear anywhere in the game on my gold Xbox Live profile. I tried deleting and redownloading it from both the in-game store and Xbox Live Marketplace and still wont
work. upon further inspection I signed in to my brothers old inactive silver Xbox live account that was left on my hard drive and it's installed and works fine on his profile. I deleted his account off my hard drive and no longer have access to it and once
again redownloaded and it still wont appear on my profile. I spent 2 hours with EA tech support and they told me it's Microsoft's problem so I was wondering if anyone here can help me before I call Xbox tech support who I really don't want to deal with. I
have a 250 GB slim Xbox with 118 gb of memory left. I'm in North America and have a NTSC copy of the game. I download and installed over 700 mb of Forza Motorsport 4 DLC last week and it installed fine. I have other DLC from the game downloaded and installed
from the past. My save game is still playable and not corrupted. I have no other accounts on my hard drive.

They'll be able to hook you up with your Preview forum access from there.
