    hello,

    I bought the Witcher 3 game on Oct 15, 2017. Much to my dismay I found out there is a crazy awesome promotional sale for it and the Complete Edition. Had I known the sale was going on I would have definitely waited. I don't wish to return the game but I
    was hoping that I could somehow exchange what I purchased for the Gold Live deal Witcher 3 Complete Edition. I would be extremely appreciative if this could happen.

    I have not received my $ 15 dollar promotional credit as I have already pre ordered 4 games 3 of witch have been released and the orders completed . promo states that I will get a $ 15 credit back after 3 pre orders on select games witch I have done .

    The only way would be to contact support and speak to billing. They would have to refund the original purchase so you can purchase the other edition. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    www.storeparser.com/.../price-changes     displays all of the previous sales from last week and ONLY the base game for Xenoverse and The Witcher 3 were on sale. You are mistaken.

    Wish Australians got a decent sale price. We only get about $1.20 discount due to them asking $109 for the RRP which hadn't been the norm for us. $99 is has been the RRP for most AAA games this gen. Retail I could get it for $79
