Witcher 3 not working

I have bought witcher 3 on disc and haven't played it for awhile. I want to play but I can't and instead get the you don't own the game popup even though I have a physical copy.

Hi, you have to eject the disc a few times and slide it in. If the XBOX wants to pull the disc, give a little pressure against it and then release the disc, then it should go.

if the hard reset does not work, you can try clear the local game cache, and take the disc out\clean it \put it back in

I have run into this problem before and I definitely agree with them. It usually fixes that problem.

Try to do a hard reset. Hold the power button on your xbox until you see it cycle off. Wait about 30 seconds then power it back on

From the information you gave me, can you make sure that your disk is clean/readable?

If nothing, hold down the Xbox Consoles power button for 5 seconds with the disk inside. Wait 10 seconds and turn you Xbox back on. See if your able to play after.
