Witcher 3 lost from my achievements and i waited 72 hours

witcher 3 lost from my achievments and far cry 5 not open new achievments i fully sure that i complete condition because my friend got it playing with me

Resident Evil 6 - Three Achievements Done/100% But Not Unlocking...

Got Resident Evil 6 (Xbox One Port) on release and l have three achievements that are glitched on me, requirements have been met, says done/100% on list but not unlocking;

1. Bob and Weave (Counter an enemy's attack three times in a row.)

2. Check Out My Dogs (Customize your dog tags.)

3. Buried Secrets (Complete Chapter 2 in Leon's campaign.)

I have done the requirements for these achievements, waited 72 hours, removed my GT and re-downloaded my GT, then waited another 72 hours and tried the requirements yet again for the achievements, nothing has worked.

I filled in the little survey that Microsoft suggests but still nothing.

Will this be fixed soon? Who knows i'm just annoyed that they are glitches like this still happening.

 

Archievement "Fanrennen-Experte" is not enabled

1. The Last Fanrace (Fanrennen) i did on 09/10 January.

2. Yes

3. Yes i have unistalled Forza Horizon 3 and Removed my Account and Restart my Console.

No Change

 

You can try to power cycle your console (all info here: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console), remove your account from your console and re add it again.

If none of that worked, you can try to do a factory reset choosing keep all games and apps , this will refresh the operative system and will keep your games and apps installed. (all info here:

Hello!

To make sure, you are logged into the same account that you acquired them on? Are you able to earn any achievements on other games besides these two? If I remember correctly, unless it's changed, many of the far cry 5 achievements are only earned by the "primary"
player.

 

Have you changed your region on your console recently? That could be affecting the Witcher 3 achievements. That game is weird in that it will not let you compare achievements with people if they are in a different region.

I and other users are experiencing the exactly same issue. The Witcher 3 game had completely disappeared from our Live profile. Achievements unlocked could no longer be registered to profile.
