Witcher 3 lost from account

Eu comprei o jogo, todas expansoes e após ficar um periodo sem jogar, o jogo simplismente desapareceu. Ele aparece para comprar quando eu o seleciono na loja. Eu tenho certeza que nao comprei com outra conta pois quem eu dividia conta tambem tinha o jogo,
e não tem como comprar duas vezes o mesmo jogo.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it sounds like you're experiencing an issue with launching the game Witcher 3. I definitely understand how frustrating this issue can be. What I recommend doing is going online to
Microsoft's website to make sure you see the game purchased on the correct account. Once verified I suggest removing and re-adding the account back to the console. If that doesn't fix the issue you can always try

performing a power cycle on the console. If all else fails to contact support on the phone you can request a callback by going online to this

Can you go to
https://commerce.microsoft.com and sign in with your account and check the purchase history of your account?

If you bought the game with that account that you signed in with, then the game has to show up there, as this page contains tax relevant information that has to be kept at least 10 years in most countries, and if there were suddenly something missing, the
federal tax bureaus would tear Microsoft apart until they found the purchase.

So if the purchase doesn't show up there, can you check if you purchased the game with a different account by accident?

And if the game shows up, try to delete your account and re-download the account on your console again, and try to check if the game is now in your "Ready to Install" section.

Just take into account these screenshots are from a much older render and are no where near finished yet. Just the basics really, and at a low resolution at that.

Loke people have said. The witcher 3 will have you lost in a game. You'll spend alot of time in it. The Division is also so fun
