Witcher 3 Install "Check Your Disk" 0x87e00064

I'm trying to install Witcher 3, and it stops at 39% before giving me the following error:

"Check your disc

Your disc might be dirty or damaged. Try cleaning it, or choose a different disc. (0x87e00064)"

I tried doing an offline install, which seemed to be working, and starting playing once the game allowed. Played for an hour or so, figured everything was all set, turned online back on. Apparently it started from scratch, becomes the same thing happened and
I can no longer launch the game.

Dead Rising 3 offline install, error code: 0x87e00064

I turned my Xbox One off yesterday, possibly when DR3 was installing still (had to leave quick and turned system off) when I tried to play later that night I noticed it was trying to install the game it gave an error. So did a factory reset, set up the system
again (it didn't need to update the system this time) disconnected from my Wifi shut down the xbox, started it back up, and tried installing DR 3 again. Installation process got to 17%, as it did last time then gave the same error: 0x87e00064

Check your Disk

Your disk may be dirty or damaged. Try cleaning it, or choose a different disk. (0x87e00064)

The one I got just now said

Please try again

For more info, please check xbox.com/errorhelp, and enter the following code: 0x87e00064

I'ved tried while logged in my account, I've tried logged out of my account - I can not get passed 17%. I don't have any other games to try either.

I am in a 3 hour support queue and waiting to be called back, does anyone have any other recommendations? Thanks

COD Advanced Warfare install keeps stopping at 4%

Each time the install stops, I get this message:

Your disk might be dirty or damaged. Try cleaning it or choosing a different disk (0x87e00064)

As I stated in my previous post, I bought the disk today and have checked the disk for any scuffs and scratches and have not found any.

It may be trying to install an update for the game. You might try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Start it offline and let it install completely before trying to play (game and update). Good Luck!

Experiencing similar problem, witcher 3 disc play 1st time i insert but none of my other disks even register even though they are installed and have been played before, starting to really P me off. Tried an update but none given, tried hard reset but no
luck i'm at a loss. even bought 2nd disk of ds2 still doesn't work, only witcher 3 WTF!!
