Witcher 3 Expansion pack not there

I purchased the Witcher 3 Expansion pack thru the Xbox store. However it is not showing up on My Games and Apps. It showas as a purchased game on my account and I just got a confirmation email indicating I purchased it. Help!

Witcher 3 Expansion pass purchased...But got nothing

Hello all,

I had preordered witcher 3 digital download, that worked great and started playing yesterday.

Today i decided to go ahead and purchase the expansion pass. I bought the expansion pass and nothing downloaded and when i select it and go to manage screen it is blank. Also when i go to manage under the game tab the only thing that is there is the game,
beard pack and free armor that we got for free. No sign of expansion pack. Am i missing something. Does it show expansion pack under the purchaed game for anyone?

Witcher 3 new DLC Blood and Wine pre-download isn't available for Expansion pack owners

Hello,

just wanted to ask why isn't available as pre-download the newest Blood and Wine DLC pack for the Expansion pack owners? It seems to me someone forgot to add the "Expansion pack" bundle to the Blood and Wine DLC option - now you can pre-download the DLC
(15 GB) only if you are owner of Digital The Witcher 3 game+Expansion pack bundle or if you buy only the DLC via Xbox Store.

The pre-download should be available also for those who bought only Expansion pack via Xbox store, right?...please can anyone reply regarding this matter?

Hi there Pesto! Try redownloading your profile again. Hopefully this will resolve the issue.

 

Try logging into your account on the computer.

Once your into your account there will be a purchases section that will show you everything you have ever bought on that account.

When you find the wicher exspantion your purchased there will be an option to download it on your console.

Hi! I purchased the Season Pass yesterday for The Witcher 3 via the Xbox store on my console. I received an email that the purchase was complete. I do NOT see my purchase listed in MyGames on my Xbox account, nor do I see it ready to download to my console.
My husband purchased Battlefront Seasons Pass a few months ago and saw the content ready for download immediately. Why don't I see my purchased content (the store even says I OWN it) in MyGames via my account (I have the order confirmation and receipt) or
ready to download/install to my console?

 

@ Archibald Clan, I'm having the same issue with my passes, check any games you have season passes for, all of mine state installed but the store wants to charge me. It's terrible. I contacted MS support, it's being looked into, or so so they tell me.

 

@eviltedi I broke down and contacted support. After power cycling the console, removing then adding my profile, and a bunch of other steps with no results...they issued me a refund. Tech could see I purchased the bundle and couldn't figure out how to get
my console or account to show said purchase. As much as I love this game, trying to get this bundle isn't leaving me with warm fuzzies of confidence with the Xbox store. They did tell me to try again however go through the website rather than via the console.
Won't resolve your issue though .

 

@Archibald Clan @eviltedi I've got the same issue. Purchased it yesterday and have exactly the same 'symptoms' as you both. I'll have to contact MS Support and see if they can fix it. Very frustrating.

 

Thanks for the replies, I'm having this issue with Doom, BF4, Batman AK, Fallout 4 and just about every bit of season pass related content on my Xbox One, big refund will be requested soon.
