Witcher 3 DLC install problems

so I'm trying to download the two latest dlc's for the witcher but when I press install it just waits for a second and than it doesn't do anything instead of instigating the install. Just wondering of anyone here can help me out,

Microsoft is having other issues with Witcher 3 licensing at this time which they are currently working on, it could be affecting your DLC licensing too.

I recommend holding until Microsoft confirm they have resolved the issue their side and then re-download your DLC.

You are correct - the Witcher 3 issue was resolved.

This DLC issue is separate.

I'm keeping an eye over how many players are reporting the issue and will raise it through the Preview Team once it becomes a widespread issue, so that it gets resolved.

Same here. Happened with the latest two DLCs. The previous ones worked fine.

Could you all please confirm exactly what happens when you try to install it? Have you tried hard-restarting your console (holding on the power button for 15 seconds)?

 

Yes, I tried different steps given by chat support: Hard Reset, clear cache, clear Mac Address. The DLCs are marked as bought, but when clicking install, nothing happens.

Are you still having the issue? I beleive it may have been tied in with the troubles with the digital version of Witcher this morning. If you are still having issues, please do as Jackah has advised and provide a bit more detail. Do you get an error message?
or code? does it kick you back to the home screen? Any further info will just help us to give you that much of a better response

I've submitted the information to the Preview Team to be investigated; how long this will take is unknown.

I would also like to make clear, to avoid any future confusion, that I do not work for Microsoft - as I am an Xbox Ambassador and Preview member, I can file any widespread issues affecting multiple customers to have it resolved much faster.
