Witcher 3 (both physical and digital) not working on my Xbox

i have tried every single fix provided by the people at Xbox for this problem. Every game bar the Witcher 3 installs and works fully on my Xbox One. i have tested the physical version on my brother's Xbox and it works perfectly. Does anyone know of a fix
for this problem? I will have to pay £100 for a repair, for a second time, as my 95 days had elapsed before the programme came up.

Achievements Xbox One on PC

Hey.

I have two versions of the game The Witcher 3. One purchased in digital form, and the other on physical media. The problem is that I cannot see the achievements from the copy on the physical media on
the xbox site in my profile (everything is fine on the console). So it should be?

Unfortunately the hard reset did not work. Witcher 3 still froze at the exact same spot. I tried both physical and digital copies. I havemt tries AC odyssey yet but i think its fair to sayvthat probably hasnt been resolved either. I will call support

Hi Jesse,

Thanks for the response. Those are COD black ops 3 and The witcher 3 wild hunt. I have the physical copy of the COD, and previously tried reinstalling it and it didnt help. The witcher 3 was downloaded and played during my active subscription and uninstalled it once it left the gamepass library, however after a few weeks I decided to purchase it digitally thinking that it will still detect my save file but unfortunately it didnt.

Both consoles are digital...it's just the Series S is Digital only whereas the Series X is both Digital and Physical.
