Witcher 2 won't download

Some time ago Witcher 2 was available to download for free. I claimed the game, played it a bit on my Xbox 360, then had to delete it because of space. Now I'd like to play it again and it's not possible to download it. It goes to some 80%, then back to
0%, or it seems to complete but the file ends up corrupted anyway and the game won't run. At least a year has passed during which I have tried everything: clearing cache, unplugging my console for 15 minutes, not letting it to go idle during the download,
or running it in the background. Please don't ask me stupid questions such as if I have enough free space - I do. I have already browsed every relevant site and I am obviously not alone in this, both on Xbox 360 and Xbox One, which makes me conclude that the
problem is not on my side.

The only reason I can think of is the change of location. I don't remember exactly what my location was when I redeemed the game, most probably Slovakia. Now I am living in Czech Republic and I've changed the location accordingly. The problem is that even when
I change the location back to Slovakia, Witcher 2 is not available to download at all, as is the case with MANY other games there - they have simply disappeared from the shop without explanation. I guess that people who bought these are screwed now? It's only
logical then that they will change their location in an attempt to get at their stuff. I am not even using the word region here, as that seems ridiculous - we are both part of EU, the same region, we used to be one country and our distribution networks are
interconnected, for example games translated to Czech are also shipped to Slovakia. The only difference is currency. So even though this may serve as an explanation (one that I am not willing to accept), I sincerely don't understand why it should be an issue,
since I am perfectly able to download everything else here in Czech Republic. That includes 3 years worth of Games with Gold. And again: I am not the only one with this issue, the others clearly having reasons other than region change.

Make Witcher 2 available again!
