Witcher 2 save thumbnail glitch on XB1X

i have the original dvd version of the Witcher 2 EE. i installed it on my recently purchased xbox one x. I noticed a small glitch which although doesn't affect the game it still concerns me. Whenever i manually save the game it saves fine, but i cannot
see the save thumbnail image/snapshot in the load game menu. Instead i get a static like image that you get on the tv when there's no signal. Although the save itself is not corrupt and loads just fine, it's only it's thumbnail preview that's bugged. Any info
on this will be appreciated.
