    Witcher 2 on xbox1


    Hoping for some help.

    I have the physical disc for Witcher 2 which I want to play on my Xbox1.

    I have completed the backwarded download and the game is loaded and should be working.

    But when I try to start the game it keeps asking me to log in with my profile.

    My xbox1 profile is already signed in, I then download the profile to the game but it says 'Your profile was not completely downloaded. Please download it again from Xbox Live'.

    I have tried restarting, updating my profile, changing image, turning myself as 'not online' etc.

    Can anyone suggest anything to assist please.

    Anyone else having problems getting the game to start playing??

    I got the Witcher 3 today and it wont intall. My xbox1 is up to date.So frustrating. .

    When you start the game are you getting the Xbox 360 logo and boot up screen?

    Hi,,

    What you can try to do is like this:

    • Start Witcher 2
    • Once started press the View and Menu buttons
    • In the x360 Guide, go to Manage Storage and click Yes is asked to end the current seesion
    • Go to Profiles and check if you see yours
    • If you see it, just click delete and delete your profile. Not the saved games
    • Relaunch the game and press the View and Menu buttons back
    • Click Download Profile and follow the instructions

    Forgot to mention I'm 61 years young and love gaming. Just been trying to play Witcher 3 wild hunt, but its got bugs in it so waiting for a patch. xbox1 i play most but do have 360.
