Witcher 2 is not downloading

I bought it (for free) and it is not showing in the queue to download.... How can I download it to start playing? Saw many ppl saying the're already playing.

I just tried downloading Witcher 2 and the download will pop up but will not move. Also, I've been having issues with my xbox live randomly disco.

Have you checked your Ready to Install section in My Games and Apps? When you purchase the free Witcher 2 game, you will then have to install it from the Ready to Install section. It will not automatically go to the queue.

There is no "ready to install" section in far right.... What can it be? What the heck is going on?

I don't undertstand. I have other 360 games in my Xbox one (Castle Storm, for example). Why isn't TW2 appearing at all?

 

As stated before, they don't just download to the queue, you have to manually install them. You have verified that by going to My Games and Apps, selecting Games, and scrolling all the way to the right you do not see Ready to Install?

 

After I went to My games and apps, I selected games. Then, I scrolled all the way to the right. My answer is: no "ready to install" is shown, at all. Man, though luck.

I'm trying too download it from the market place, but it keeps saying I don't have a payment option even throw its free.

You will need a valid payment option on file to "purchase" the free game from the marketplace.
