    I am from India & The Witcher 2 isn't available for download as a backward compatible game.

    When can we expect this game as a free download in India region?

    There's no way of knowing if it will come to India. As of right now this is the official statement, so it might not come at all.

    It may say United Kingdom, but I know of 2 people who have tried it and get told its not available in your region.

    Should be available, as they say it is. This just launched today with the news, and will run into a little bit next month. Might be something they'll have to fix or work out. Also, keep in mind that you need a valid payment instrument on file to get the
    free game on the WEBSITE. ALSO, in case it slipped your mind, verify that you didn't already get it with the Free Games with Gold last year Witcher 2 enhanced edition-Backward compatibility availablity ;)
