Witcher 2 Download - Not available in my region

I am from the UK and I am unable to download the free copy of the Witcher 2. When I click on the link to download it says that it is not available in my region. I know that there are posts saying it is fixed but I am still having difficulty.

If I go to change my region (by the way, it doesn't tell me what region I am in now) I get this:

I can't download the Witcher 2

I still have this problem as well with the witcher 2. It says it is not available in my region yet I'm in Canada and it says free download.

I am from India & The Witcher 2 isn't available for download as a backward compatible game.

When can we expect this game as a free download in India region?

 

Can anyone help or are we all backing off as the stock answer of change your region isn't working for me?

 

The only way is to fix your region and add billing info from your region

If you're are having issues doing their rrgion migration you need to contact support

Also based on your other answer Virgin.media has issues with large downloads with certain modem hubs that they sell they have to be replaced it's their home hub

 

They're can check what's condition is keeping your from migrating

 

Virgin media has problems with large downloads? Really, I have sucked down over 1TB to 2 Xboxes without incident. In addition, I have downloaded the GWG to external HDD's on the 360.

For clarity, I use the same approach to acquiring games twice per month. I go to marketplace on a PC and buy the GWG. I have done this for months now without a problem. When I turn on a console I set the install away and everything works. The only game that
I have a problem with is this one.

Oh, and I went to commerce.microsoft.com and my region is GB or in other words, correct, as it always has been.

If it also helps, I am unable to purchase the game on my mobile either (Wi-Fi turned off of course).

Hard reset your modem and router or ask your isp for help for reseting your geoip

 

Also as mentioned contact support in case there is a split billing issue which can cause the error

 

Usually a resignation to the same region fixes that

There really is no point in resetting IP addresses or anything else in the connectivity space. It doesn't work for me on any device on any network.

It's your geoip

It doesn't matter what dêvice you use

If you have split billing you need to contact support to fix it

As mentioned the easiest solution is to remigrate which fixes split billing and region issues

If you're have a geoip issue no matter what dêvife you use if you are connecting go the same router you will have the same geoio

 

If you use google dns that is a vpn

Some isps will have you enter google dns

This is another example of what I'm talking about your physical region may look right on the website but there could be a split billing issue

And how remigrating to the same region might help unless you plan on moving in the next 3months it couldn't hurt
