Witcher 2 doesn't show up on my ready to install list

    Witcher 2 doesn't show up on my ready to install list


    I've bought Witcher 2 a few years ago. It hasn't shown in my X1's ready to install list since it was announced as backward compatible.

    I checked the game store and the Witcher 2's page reads 'check price' instead of 'install' as it was supposed to.

    My Xbox 360 account region is Singapore, but it hasn't been a problem for the rest of my 360 catalog that are backward compatible.

    Having issues downloading just cause 2

    I redeemed my code for just cause 2 but it didn't download and doesn't show up in the ready to install list for xbox one

    Fable 2 - Not available for download

    I have the same issue with Fable 2. It won't show up in the "ready to install" list.

    Hiya GJGeraldy!

    Can you verify that you made the purchase on your account by visiting commerce.microsoft.com ? If another account purchased it on the Xbox 360, you would not have access to it on the Xbox One.

    I did purchase it on this account. I don't have any other account, nor is there any other Live account on my 360.

    If I check my purchase history at live.xbox.com/en-SG/download/history, there's proof of my purchasing Witcher 2 on 5 July 2013 and two other games on that same date.

    But if I check my order history at commerce.microsoft.com, there's no mention of the purchase or any other purchase on that date.

    Go ahead and select Download to Xbox 360. Once you have done that, go back to your Xbox One to see if it has refreshed in the My Games and Apps section and Ready to Install.

    Just to confirm, when you go to the Witcher 2 listing on the Microsoft Store on your Xbox, the listing just says buy, not install? And the game doesn't show up on your ready to install page?

    Oh great...they finally deleted one of the Witcher 2 game listing in the Ready To Install section.

    Too bad they deleted the wrong one. Now the only instance I have of Witcher 2 in my Ready To Install list is filtered as an Xbox One game and is NOT Xbox One X enhanced.

    The one they deleted was the correct one. It was filtered as a 360 game and also showed that it was Xbox One X enhanced.

    They were so close....yet still messed it up. Try again Microsoft.

    Backwards Compatible: Dante's Inferno DLC not registering

    Tried this and it still didn't work. It's frustrating as all the DLC shows up as purchased on the Xbox website but doesn't show up in my Xbox ready to install list.

    Go ahead and select Download to Xbox 360. Once you have done that, go back to your Xbox One to see if it has refreshed in the My Games and Apps section and Ready to Install.
