all forza horizon games go by realistic traffic laws so because it's set in the UK it is going to be left hand side of the road, in order to change it, you would have to change all road traffic laws which would take months possibly years so obviously playground
games will not do it in game.

official forums. For this game, I suspect that something like that might be challenging to implement for the experience while online in the shared servers with up to 72 other
