Wish List for IG - Season 2

edit: 6. no silly costumes/accessories orchids and Jago's god awful ones(80's tiger feet and hands) make me cringe.

Tj combo is awesome IG is way better than DH for coding

I m sure IG make a way better job with season 2 than DH with season 1

DH make a good job but all the stage in season 1 look dead

IG with the tj stage make a better job the stage have more than 3 color and he look alive.

I trust IG with season 2 i hope with season 2 he remake stage the season 1

 

Ultimates for all characters like Shadow Jago's.

Shadow Jago is a unique character.

*** Gordon does all music.

Don't change anything with the fight system. It's perfect.

TJ Combo, Cinder, Tusk and Riptor.

Perhaps a few 3d rotating backgrounds like Cinder's in the original game just to mix it up.

Spruce up the title screen. The KILLER INSTINCT just fading up with red fire is a bit dry.

A true boss fight, not a hidden character boss fight.

 

Oh yeah! I forgot about "stage intros"! Notably the 3D rotating stages in KI1 and some of the reverse camera work in KI2. Sabrewulfs KI2 stage had the reverse out of the hallway to the fighters and Maya had the Jungle reverse. How awesome would these
cinematics be for modern KI!?

 

1. Keep the gameplay/theme and art style which DH implemented (HEXENGINE)

2. Fix all the bugs/glitches especially the Achievements

3. Add to arcade mode Besides the obvious Sub Boss and Boss Aria add a secret fight or a Tag Team fight

4. Arcade Mode Options like Injustice (Fight vs only Good/Evil Etc.)

5. Add the 3 characters from the original KI (Cinder, Riptor, & TJ Combo) Save KI 2 characters for Season Three (Kim Wu, Tusk, and Maya)

6. Add 5 NEW characters 3 Monsters 2 Humans

7. Stage Finishers

8. 3 No Ultimate/No Mercy per character, 2 New 1 reimagined Classic (Example Orchids Titty Flash)

9. Update the UI Especially the Character Select Screen

10. Let the AI select alternate costumes

11. Add a beginning Movie (If to costly aka lazy add more to the beginning of Story Mode)

12. Update the Shadow Meeter to look more character specific but DO NOT SCREW OVER OTHER CHARACTERS LIKE FULGORE (Make Fulgore's Meeter like everyone else)

13. Add the ability to customize the color of accessories and use all weapons from both costumes ( I understand why some things won't work but the weapons should all work)

14. show the exact number of Fight Titles we have done or need to complete Objectives

15. Surprise us with a Mini Game

16. Alternate Ultras Select like SF

 

Edit: 7 I know I'm probably in the minority here but I feel like we are getting ripped off by making shadow Jago his own character with a new move set, I'd prefer to keep him as a skin and put your time into developing/bringing back the other KI characters.

 

Apart from the obvious I would like to see:

More character colours

Changes to how content is unlocked (not everyone can win 50 ranked matches)

Ability to mix and match classic and regular accessories

Ability to earn bonus KP based on combo performance

Betting KP on online matches

 

1) redesign UI

2) KI2 Classic with online play (for KI1 too)

3) Stage knockoffs and Ultimates for everybody

4) Dojo for all characters

5) Please redesign the classic skins. It's the only gripe I have with the game. I paid 20 extra to get those and they look pretty bad.

6. Bring all classic characters and 2-3 new chars

@inotron - Totaly agreed! NO TAG TEAM. There are many games that we can play if that's a desired feature.

For Streams - Gas mask for Campbell to muffle the shrill pungency of his laugh. (no offense meant, but gosh darn it all to heck! I think you folks owe me a new pair of headphones)

Characters - keep them well designed. No clones.

Enable XBOX360 Josticks, if possible.

That is all.

@Studboy yes there are other games that feature tagging, but I am not interested in them, I play KI. Not to mention KI is the only X1 fighter so there is nothing to fill that gap for X1 fighting fans. Also, it's not like adding tags would somehow destroy
the rest of the game. Why not have tagging for those who want it?

 

-Better lighting for all stages...akin to what was done with Fulgore's stage (how the character's outfits seem to glow in the dynamic lighting to great effect). After seeing that stage, the rest seem drab by comparison.

-Give a new announcer a try as others have mentioned a female in the past.... Maybe (a fan contest to be the next KI announcer) I do appreciate the ability to purchase the KI 1 announcer with KP.

-The option to buy Season 2 and future characters using earned KP OR normal currency.

I have to say no to Tag team options too, it's really not the KI way of gameplay.
