    Tell me why this piece of crap is brand new but has issues at least once a day? Again I cannot connect to my network no surprise there. Every time there is an update you think they might finally be fixing but no you xbox one will be worse after update. freezes
    multiple time in a week shuts down and the support is hard reset!!! F U and your hard reset I should not have to hard reset a brand new console 4 times in 1 week and now I can't watch anything or play anything even though i have to pay for live to do those
    things. I really wish I had listened to my brother and got the PS4

    Some games won't work online anymore and all games wont sync to cloud.

    im having the same problem with the new xbox one s what a piece of *** wish i had never bought it i will defiantly buy a Playstation when i can off load this other piece of crap

    Xbox one controller left stick problem

    I have gone through 3 controllers since Xmas. The left stick seems as if it has popped out or something like a plastic collar is breaking. I wish they would come clean and admit the controller is not sturdy enough for sports games like Fifa or Madden!!!

    So no subtitles for hard hearing or deaf people?

    i turn on all subtitles for everything i play or watch. did xbox have subtitles then get rid of them or are you just wishing they would add it? i've never bought anything from zune or xbox video, but i'm pretty sure playstation doesn't do subtitles, or at
    least they didn't for the shows and movies i bought years ago.

    Yeah its down again, Xbox one hasn't been working properly since day one its a piece of *** !!! Fed up of beta testing it for them. I wish I bought a PlayStation !!! Microsoft sort your *** out b4 u lose all your customers !!!!!!!!!!!!!
