    hi everybody i have windows 7 and install the driver for wireless adaptator for my computer and i connect my controlle xbox wirelss and the light work with adaptator but my computer dont detect any controller i dont understand please thank you for you

    UNPLUG / REPLUG WINDOWS 10 ADAPTATOR FOR XBOX ONE CONTROLLER

    Hello,

    I am having issue with my XBOX one controller using the Windows 10 adaptator.

    Everytime I want to use my controller wireless, I need to unplug and replug the adaptator.

    I tested differents things like disabling the "Allow Windows to turn Off that device to save power"

    I also tryed on differents USB ports that works correctly with mouse / keyboard / sound etc...

    CONTROLLER PROBLEM

    When I connect the wireless controller Xbox 360 to my computer via USB, the system recognizes the device, but the green light continues to flash incessantly and trying to open any game the commands given by the controller do not run on the PC.

    How can I solve this problem?

    Hi Sidney N Paula,

    sorry to hear. First of all the 360 controller only works with USB-cable on Windows 10 computer. For the wireless mode you need a

    speciall wireless adapter and a extra driver    . And second as far as I know, sorry some XBOX ONE GAMES do not recognize the 360 Controller.

    Is the controller a wireless controller or wired? If it is wireless, how are you connecting it? If by using the play & charge kit, then the Xbox 360 controller will not work, as the cable is only recognized on PC for charging only. You need to use a Xbox
    360 Wireless adapter for PC to connect a wireless Xbox 360 controller to your PC.

    Xbox Elite Controller 2 will not connect VIA usb or Bluetooth to my pc

    The original XBox Elite controller requires the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10 so without that adapter it will not be recognized properly by Windows. The newer, Elite Series 2 can connect to a Windows 10 PC without the need of an adapter.

    HELP! my controller seems to be able to connect to my computer via usb cable and the wireless adapter but the Xbox accessories app is unable to detect a controller. When I first connected the controller via wireless adapter, it was able to detect it and
    there were some driver updates, but it disconnected halfway through and after many retries, I have yet to be able to make Xbox Accessories detect controller.
