  1. Wireless Xbox 360 controller no longer connects to Win10

A few months back I used my Zettaguard wireless receiver and connected my wireless Xbox 360 controller to my PC perfectly. I played my Steam games with it and it worked fine. I recently updated my Win10 to Version 10.0.19041 Build 19041. Just the other
day I wanted to play another Steam game and connected it again. When I turned on the controller, it didn't connect to the wireless receiver - the light would like blink and rotate.

I don't remember how it was set up before when it did work but I did what I could remember. I went to Device Manager > Unknown Device > Update Driver > then browsed for the computer manually, chose wireless receiver for Windows or whatever it was and updated
it. That didn't work. I've also seen in the forums that you have to update the controller device. Since it's wireless and it can't connect to the computer, there is no controller device appearing in my Device Manager. The only thing that appears if the Xbox
charge & play kit and the unknown device (wireless receiver), so there's no way for me to update the controller driver.

I broke the wireless receiver, so I'm going to have to buy a new one but any idea how to fix this? Also, I don't really want to roll back to an earlier version of Windows because I prefer having the most up-to-date build for my PC.

    :)

It's a 360 controller, not Xbox One controller. Wireless 360 controllers don't have those ports.

To update controller you have to connect it with and android usb phone charger and the comp should pick it up and start update if one is avail.

As far as I know, you can´t connect the controller to the pc directly via Bluetooth. The only way you can connect it to your pc is buying a wireless adapter which is sold with some controllers. Here
is the page of the product
