Wireless Networking Adapter not detected

Yeah, so, I was playing online about 2 hours ago, turned the xbox off, left, came back and turned it on and bam, I get this message saying:

To use a wireless internet connection, connect an xbox 360 wireless networking adapter to your console.

This is the 360 slim with the built-in adapter which has always worked wirelessly, any clue as to what's going on? I've already tried a couple of power cycles to see if it helps, and the console has not been moved at all in months.

Any help would be appreciated.

1).clear cache .

2).Remove any game which is in the tray .

3).Switch off console , remove all accessories .

4).Unplug Xbox , all adapter's , AV , HDMI , anything .

5).Replug Everything .

6).try to connect . should work

if this does not work

You can Try this too .............

1).go to xbox.com .

2).search for updates .

3).have a blank disc , download the xbox update from the site , and burn it to the Disc , and update the console again.

If these do not work out , I think you need to get it repaired , or atleast call Customer Support .

i was playing black ops 2 when my account disconnected from xbox live so i try to reconnect but got a massage saying to use a wireless internet connection conncect an xbox 360 networking adapter to your console i have never needed 1 because i have the 320gb
MW3 xbox 360 console any 1 know what to do?

When the built-in wireless network adapter can no longer communicate, it's usualy related to a genuine hardware error, and the console should be sent in for a repair.

Now, Before you do so, try unplug the Power supply from your console and leave it for up to five minutes. Reconnect Everything back as they were, and try connect your console to your WLAN Connection.
