I'm trying to connect to my schools wifi and I went through and registered my MAC address with the website but then when I try to connect to the wifi it says that the console supports WPA2/WPA3 (personal), WPA/WPA2 (personal), WPA2 (personal) and WEP network
security protocols and it says my router is something else and it says I need to change my router configuration but I can't so what can I do about this because I have no clue what most of this means.

If you have any accessories such as external hard drives connected to you console could you try disconnecting them then carry out a console hard reset and see if this makes any difference.

support told me it was a $150 dollar fix and gamestop ended up being able to fix it in a matter of minutes. it might work for u depending on what went wrong but with your system off hold the eject button and the power button at the same time. you should
hear the start up sound and it will take u to the settings screen to reset your resolution and all that. it hard resets allot of settings inside the system itself when you do it so that's wat fix it for me no microsoft stealing $150 when they could tell me
to press 2 buttons on the console first. hope this works for ya

What do you mean when you went into support access was denied? When you say support do you mean customer support?
