Unable to Connect to Wireless -

Unable to connect to wireless. Rebooted console, and attempted to setup wireless again. Received an error that I need to unplug the network cable. There is no network cable plugged in. Rebooted console again, and attempted to connect to wireless. Instructed
    to contact support for repair.

    Help please!!

If it is not showing any wireless networks to connect to then it is a hardware issue and will need to be sent out for repair.

xbox series s - unable to set as active network

If other devices can see your wireless network but your Xbox console can’t, there may be something wrong with the internal wireless adapter, and your console may need to be repaired.

    My Connection won't work

    Hi,

If your console is the slim model then the wireless adapter is built into the console. You say the lights went out, what exactly do you mean by that. The message you are seeing usually means that the internal wireless adapter is faulty I'm afraid and a repair
    may be needed.

    - If your console is an older model then you will need to purchase a wireless networking adapter for your console.
