Wireless mouse that came with Razer Turret doesn't move smoothly on screen

I just purchased Razer Turret wireless keyboard with wireless mouse from Microsoft store. Keyboard works great but mouse gets stuck in between on the screen. It doesn't move smoothly on the screen. I use XBox on console and Samsung smart TV. Has anyone
faced this issue? Any solutions to this? In case this continues I need to return the keyboard and switch to Controller or else try replacement. Please suggest.

Re synchronize youre mouse if no luck after probably get a new one

All you should need to do is turn down the mouse acceleration!

Razer should have the option when plugging it into a PC to change the settings.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help, however, we need a bit more information on this matter. (Just so we are on the same page here) the console is connected to the tv and the keyboard and mouse is being
used on the console? If that is the case we suggest, if it hasn't already been done to clear the console caches since when they get full they might cause these type of errors.

To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address)

Unfortunately, there are no offical Xbox One mice that can directly connect to the Xbox One without a reciever.

Even the
Razer Turret keyboard and mouse combo that's specifically made for the Xbox One has their own receiver dongle.

So to answer your question: You don't/can't use a wireless mouse on the Xbox One without a receiver.

Correct, I am using a Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard with a dongle, there is no other way to connect a mouse wirelessly.
