Wireless Keyboard and Mouse

So I bought a Logitech MK200 it came with a wireless mouse and keyboard. I put the USB receiver in the Xbox the keyboard worked great, the mouse didn't work at all. I tried many wireless mouses on my Xbox but none worked. How do I fix this problem.

HEY UKS1960,

The 3000 will most likely not work. There are a few wirless keyboards such as the Microsoft Arc that will work, but it's not too common. As for wireless mice it is even more scarse. There are a few options out there, but none by Microsoft. For the most
part you can always plug in a USB keyboard for data entry if thats what you were going to use it for.

Hello,

You may want to try it out, there are some wireless keyboards that work with the console and some don't. It's particularly those that don't need to install any sort of software to work should technically work with the console.

I found this while searching through the forums where someone asked the same question, it might help you out.

I don't believe the Xbox has full USB mouse and keyboard support, just basic keyboard support. Nothing to fix until the function is added to the Xbox console.

Oh ok yeah I tried it on a wired keyboard and mouse ok so it is the same with wireless keyboard and mouse

I think the specifics of the question aren't about using mouse and keyboard, but rather if you can use a keyboard and mouse that operate via a wireless dongle.

That is, plug dongle into Xbox, then mouse and keyboard comme t to dongle, wirelessly.

I'm not sure that this works, though.

Upon looking at support site, which specifically states WIRED USB keyboard and mouse, so I'm unsure

EDIT: , there may in fact be models supported by console that are wireless, but not just any wireless keyboard will function so check first

All console when using keyboard and mouse have delays, the best way to minimise it is to use a wired keyboard and mouse instead of a wireless one

Are you talking about world or wireless keyboard and mouse.

If wireless they arent supported

Or wireless headsets that is xbox compatible

Since ypi are using mouse and keyboard you cant you will.just have to buy a wireless headset or wait for the offical xbox mouse and keyboard and maybe it will have a port
