Wireless Keyboard and mouse for left handed gamer

I think the specifics of the question aren't about using mouse and keyboard, but rather if you can use a keyboard and mouse that operate via a wireless dongle.

That is, plug dongle into Xbox, then mouse and keyboard comme t to dongle, wirelessly.

I'm not sure that this works, though.

All console when using keyboard and mouse have delays, the best way to minimise it is to use a wired keyboard and mouse instead of a wireless one

Are you talking about world or wireless keyboard and mouse.
