Wireless is not reading

my xbox one wireless is not reading it says im hard wired when i was never hardwired and i have never put a ethernet cable on my console.

Xbox is not reading discs.

hi, I was having a problem starting up my game on the xbox. its saying "if we have the disc, put it in now." (which we did) "or sign into the account that you bought the game in." which we did. but its still popping up and refusing to run the game. and
it takes awhile before the xbox can actually read the disc.

Yes the 'S" model has a built in wireless adapter. Without knowing all the details up to the point ,when it quit working, hard to say what is happening. Here is a link for some basic Xbox wireless set-up to make sure it is indeed set-up correctly.

If that does not work please post back with more details and hopefully we can shine some light. Need details - was it working before? New router etc.

You mentioned it was less than a year old? If it is less than 1 year then it should be covered under the 1 year warranty provision. Here is the link in case it is determined it should be repaired.
