Wireless internet issue

Before you did all that on the xbox, did you try resetting or power cycling (1 min reboot) your home modem or wireless router?

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to connect to Xbox Live via your wireless network.

If you haven't already, I would recommend that you take a look at the
Xbox One Network Connection Error Solution wizard and see if some of these steps work for you.

Alternatively, I would implore you to attempt to use a wired connection if possible and see if you can connect online using that.

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

Also after a few troubleshoots my main profile which would be the first to pop up is now much further to the right down the list of profiles. Connecting to other networks also seemed to not work. Connecting to 3 different networks did not work but my hotspot connection is still good.

The issue is most like the 16% packet loss and this is typically a networking issue. A wired connection would be the ideal solution, you could also try power cycling your network equipment to see if it helps out.

you have to try and "trick" it buy using a laptop to get you to the sign in screen for the hotel then use the laptops mac address on the xbox one.....check the link below.....
