    Wireless headsets not working on xbox series x


    I have tried using two different wireless headsets on the series x and neither are working. There is a light on the usb dongle indicating that they are connected but there is no audio. The volume is on.

    I understand you about the xbox license.

    I rather not want to have a wireless headset because I dont like charging and the battery life will decrease over time. So that leave me with two options:
    1. Wired, 3.5mm into the Xbox series x controller
    2. Wired, usb, into the Xbox series X

    I checked the microsoft store and there are only 2 compatible series X headsets. Both wireles.

    Do you know any wired Xbox series X headset? That is compatible with the series x? I prefer USB but have to go 3.5mm otherwise.

    Same issue on Xbox series X with xbox wireless headset. DTS encoder works just fine, dolby lets my headset disconnect and reconnect continuously. It’s unusable. I don’t think the problem is with your receiver, try DTS and see what happens.

    Contact turtle beach prrsonally I didnt get a dongle one but the new v 2 headsets which are much better

    They sync automatically thanks to windows sonic and xbox wireless even works with x series
