wireless headset problems

just wondering if someone else is having any trouble with the turtel beach 420x wireless headset with Xbox one the trouble I'm getting is my console on instant on power setting when I turn the console on the mic doesn't work it says it's connected but nothing
the only way get it working and that's the restart the console every time I turn it on I've contacted turtel beach and had a new headset sent and still the same.

Wireless headsets are great never had any problems using them.

Wireless headset problems.

My wireless headset cannot connect to my controller. It keeps on connecting to the second quadrant of the XBOX. I've tried turning on my first controller, and then the wireless mic, but it simply connects into the second quadrant. Cycling the quadrants causes
it to skip the first quadrant. I've heard of this thing about wired headsets *** up your controller to think that there is still a mic plugged in. Is this true? What can I do?

energy-saver mode does the issue persist?

That's does sort the problem as a work around but then the console doesn't do any updates which is really annoying

I’ve always had problems with wireless headsets on Xbox. My turtle beach headset that also uses the Xbox wireless protocol has this problem.

KALEEF

Turn off and disconnect all controllers from the Xbox 360 and disconnect the wireless headsets from the controllers.

Connect the wireless headset to the Xbox 360 using the USB cable. Turn on the wireless headset.

Sync the headset to quadrant 1 by pressing the "Connect" button on the on the Xbox 360. Then press the "Connect" button on the wireless headset for two seconds. Do not continue to press the "Connect" button on the wireless headset, as this will change the
quadrant to which it is connected. If the headset now works without the controllers attached, the problem must be with one of your controllers. If the headset still does not work, then the problem is with the headset.

I’m having the same issues with steelseries and razor headsets. The Xbox wireless is the problem 100%. It needs to be fixed or all wireless headsets need their own dongles.

I use the original design, black wireless headset. I've been playing with the headset off the past few nights now and have not gotten any 3 second freezes yet. I really think there's a problem with the Xbox 360 and the wireless headset syncing together that's
causing this annoying problem.
