wireless headset lost its range

You know those wireless headsets,i don't know if it's an older one or a new one,it was €50 though,so i was hoping on a proper headset

the problem : my headset lost its range where it picks up sound(my voice in this case)

it almost have to put the receiving end in my mouth(don't take that out of context)

for the headset to receive the sound,(and yes the volume button is at its highest)

is this a common problem that occurs after a decent amount of time or?

Sony has revealed at Comic-Con that the PS4 will have support for PS3 wireless headsets. I guess this is good news for PS3 owners who have a particular headset that they are very fond of and don't feel like buying another. What's interesting about this though is that the PS4 will automatically come with its own wireless headset when you purchase it.

Make sure your within 30 feet of the console and also turn off any other wireless devices that are not in use. You might be getting interference with them.

yes you need to make sure there is not wireless signals being given off around it.

So the audio for these headset are all using wireless technologies at some level. What kind of wireless router do you have? How close is it to your Headset? Do you have any cell phones in the area when using your xbox? Are you able to get into your wireless
router settings to adjust settings?

I've had lots of luck changing wireless channels on the 5ghz and 2.4ghz range in order to solve connectivity issues with controllers and wireless headsets.
