By the way, if possible and the headphones supports wired mode, could you try connecting it wired to your console?

Wired to the controller has a loss of audio as well. Sound through the tv wired with hdmi works fine.

Many wireless headsets are like that. They cut off randomly. I would prefer you using a wired headset. I have a wired headset that costed me $5 and it works perfectly never getting that problem.

most likely not. But I going to get another chord from turtle beach cut it and cut the cable off a xbox ones headset and sodder the 2 together .and I won't have to buy a new pair of headsets.
