    Wireless headset BT+Xbox volume issues


    Just got the wireless headset, and love the fact that I can voicechat the crew via phone while still hearing the game.

    However once I start a voicechat on my phone, the audio from the Xbox automatically turns down, almost to like 50%. Is there any way to turn this feature off?

    I'd love to hear the game louder than my pals, to be honest. They don't sound as good as gunshots and explosions do.

    Xbox XB360 Wireless Headset with Bluetooth

    The Xbox 360 wireless chat headset with BT is supported on Xbox One. There will be an adapter in the future for headsets that have the 2.5mm jack for chat audio.

    This isn’t to do with the controller, but regardless, I have three controllers and it’s the same with each. I don’t think you know the product. The product in question is the Microsoft Xbox Wireless Headset. It doesn’t need to plug into a controller. It’s a BT headset and connects directly to the Xbox.

    Is there a volume wheel on one of the ear pieces of the headset? Because on the wireless version headset there is, and the chat volume is separated from it. Check that, because it could be all the way down.
