Wireless headset and controller keep disconnecting

I have had this issue through multiple Xboxes and multiple headsets. I'm pretty sure I started having this issue when I got my Xbox one X but it could have been before that. My controller would randomly disconnect and sometimes not allow me to reconnect.
At times I could remove the batteries and power it back onto reconnect it other times I would have to restart the Xbox. Additionally I started having the same issue with headsets.

I've gone through multiple wireless headsets that connect through dongle or directly to the Xbox and continue to have the issue. I've recently upgraded to the Xbox series X and continue to have problems. I'm using an elite controller, one of the new XBox
Razr headsets and they will still disconnect. with the new Xbox ear reacts however I can't get them to reconnect at all. I have to shut down the Xbox and power back on. This happens frequently enough to be extremely stressful and aggravating. Especially when
you spend hard earned money on expensive equipment that doesn't work like it's advertised.

Furthermore I have the drifting issue with my controller as well as the lower padding fall off... not what I expect from what they call the elite series controller, especially for the price.

Turn off and disconnect all controllers from the Xbox 360 and disconnect the wireless headsets from the controllers.

Connect the wireless headset to the Xbox 360 using the USB cable. Turn on the wireless headset.

Sync the headset to quadrant 1 by pressing the "Connect" button on the on the Xbox 360. Then press the "Connect" button on the wireless headset for two seconds. Do not continue to press the "Connect" button on the wireless headset, as this will change the
quadrant to which it is connected. If the headset now works without the controllers attached, the problem must be with one of your controllers. If the headset still does not work, then the problem is with the headset.

If it's on a seperate Quadrant, than yes, it will stay on.. But, if it is assigned to a specific controller quadrant, than it will turn off or lose sync with the controller..

Plus, if you insert a wired headset to a controller, that has a assigned wireless headset, the wireless headset disconnects...

I suggest uninstalling the accessories app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! Here are the steps!

Alright. Is there a way for you to try and move your console for example to a different room? Just to check if there is any wireless interference.
