    Why does my turtle beach and Xbox one controller keep disconnecting over and over?

    On some occasions it’ll disconnect up to 30 times in a row throughout the day.

    Greetings, Jeansybaby! Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting your wireless controller to connect up. If all four lights are currently blinking on your controller and on your console, you might already have four controllers connected to the console.
    Can you do me a favor and disconnect all of your controllers and try again to connect the one that you are currently unable to connect? If you need instructions on how to do this, please read the "Disconnect all controllers and headsets" section of this page:
