When I try to connect my console to Internet by wireless adapter, the console shows me a message like There is a problem with wireless hardware. You'll need to repair, but I bought it 2 months ago.

What can I do?

Hey Werberth CRF! The console hardware is damaged and requires repair. Because you opened it you will not be able to do so, so you will need to purchase a new console. Thanks!

If you haven't yet, please take a peek at the >>Network Connection troubleshooting<< guide and follow
the prompts provided there. If none of the steps provided help alleviate the issue, unfortunately it sounds like your Xbox One console may be in need of repairs. That process can be initiated via the "Repair and Service Center" link at the bottom of the troubleshooter.

Thanks for your post. To continue troubleshooting for this issue, try a
Soft Factory Reset. A soft factory reset will reset the operating system on your console but, keep games and applications installed. Doing this will effectively remove any software issues related to the Xbox console itself which could correct the issue
with the console being disconnected repeatedly from the internet.

so I tried everything u said and it didn't work I might just have to get a new xbox thanks for your help if u find anything else please let me know I have been dealing with this for months and a fix would be appreciated thanks again for all your help

Maybe the wireless component has just died. Try and get a hardwire connection. It looks like your Xbox will be best sent off to repair.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help, first things first we suggest clearing out the consoles caches since when they get full might cause this type of errors.

How to clear Game Cache on the Xbox One:

Settings

System

Storage

Clear Local Saved Games

Yes and Restart

To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address)

Settings

Network

Network Settings

Advanced settings

Alternate MAC Address

Clear and restart

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET no progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a byproduct.
