    Wireless Hardware Problem

My console can no longer connect to the internet. I go to Network Settings and hit Set up wireless network and none are shown where there used to be. When I hit Test network connection it says there may be a problem with my console's wireless hardware. It
says try restarting wireless, I hit restart wireless, nothing happens. It is not a problem with my internet as the other Xbox One in my house works fine. Also I haven't tried a wired connection as I don't think I can. I've tried searching online and this seems
like a rare problem as there are few things about my exact problem. My only options seem to be to wait it out and see if it starts working, which it hasn't for a few days now, take i apart and mess with it, which no way am I doing, or send it in for repair,
which I am going to do as i have a warranty. Any suggestions on how to fix this before I send it in?

    :)

Why can't you try a wired connection? If you can you may still be able to game successfully if your wireless hardware is faulty. Let us know. Good Luck!

For one idk how to use a wired connection, don't I need a special outlet? And my friend says that I'd have to run an ethernet cord from my router which seems like a huge pain

Hi, on the xbox go to setting, all settings, network, advanced, alternate MAC address.

Select the clear option and then the restart option, then try setting up your wireless connection again please.
